Challenge:
The client needed a professional directory showcasing real estate agents across the US, and typical spreadsheets weren’t cutting it. They wanted to browse agents visually by location, with photos, contact info, and specialties at a glance.
Scattered agent data from Gravity Forms submissions to a google spreadsheet needed to become a dynamic, searchable map. The default WordPress directory lacked geographic visualization, filtering, and the polished presentation expected from a real estate business.
There was no way to knowing which agent was closest to the subject address.

Solution:
Created a custom real estate agent directory. Gravity Forms submissions automatically populate agent custom post type entries with geocoded addresses, photos, and details.
The map uses marker clustering for dense urban areas, custom info windows with agent photos/galleries, and responsive design that works on desktop and mobile for on-the-go real estate searches.
The other added feature was a search bar, where the agent can copy an address where a is BPO requested, and the map zooms in on the address, thereby displaying the closest agent to that location.
