What do you like best?
I really like the in depth analysis that you can get from using Tag Manager. I would greatly suggest getting certified in Google Tag Manager. (It is free)!
What do you dislike?
I do not dislike one thing about Google Tag Manager. They have done a great job, (much like all google products), with the user interface and the design / flow of the application.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There is always the question of “how many times has this button been clicked upon?” or how long do people usually watch our YouTube videos? Google Tag Manager can answer all those questions, once it is set up correctly!!
