After careful analysis, going file by file, reinstalling WordPress, and checking all Plug-ins used, we found the code, and removed it.

We feel this was a direct attack from the individuals and companies attempting to hack into our site, because of our Eff Off Blog, and our responses to solicitations to outsource, when it is clearly stated on our contact form that we do not.
